Warranty

 

KBC Kennels offers a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturer defects. KBC Kennels’ only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. KBC Kennels will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss, shipping damage or use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following but not limited to:

• Damages from wear and tear

• Impact-related damage

• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or carelessness

• Intentional damage and/or breakage

• Warpage from exposure to heavy weight on top, heat, rain, or snow

• Damage resulting from improper installation

• Any damage caused from anything other than defects in material or workmanship

• Any Alterations or modifications done by customer

• Damage from the use of solvents, adhesive, or cleaning solutions

• Improper Installation

• Failure to comply with Care and Use instructions

Please see the policy under returns and exchanges for return shipping info. The same policies apply to warranty shipping. To submit a warranty claim please email kbckennels@gmail.com, attach photos of damage, , address the subject heading to Warranty. Please allow 14- business days for KBC Kennels to respond to potential warranty emails.

Customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package.

 

CARE AND USE:

 

Kennels should not be used in direct sunlight. Exposure to direct sunlight may result in unsafe temperatures for your pet. KBC Kennels will not be held responsible for any injury to animals, persons, or personal property.

Always use, store and install on flat/level surfaces. Placement of kennels on uneven surfaces may result in door alignment issues.

All latches should be properly and securely latched at all times. All tabs must be locked on a KBC Breakdown.

It is not recommended to leave pets unattended for long periods of time.

In some cases (i.e. high anxiety/ behavioral issues), this kennel is not a substitute for training or medications.

Grease kennel latch periodically for smooth operation.

Recommended cleaning for kennels: mild pet safe soap and water, rinse well and air dry.

KBC products should not be drug or thrown around.

All products wear over time.

Metal products that are powder coated can chip over time. Paint can also chip over time..
